15th Anniversary Crystal Ball Celebration

Friday, May 31 2019

It was a celebration indeed, one to remember! 2019 marks the 15th anniversary of our Founders setting up the Learning For Life Autism Centre. To celebrate, Learning for Life held a Crystal Ball Gala, on 25 May at The Glasshouse, Melbourne, with all our L4Life Village to attend.

Crystal Ball celebration

Co-hosted by Tom Gleisner & Matt Preston, we had a surprise round of HYBPA with Sam Pang, beautiful performance by Lindsay Field, Cheryl Fleming shared her family’s autism story, and live music by The Crawdaddys.

In attendance was our L4Life Founders, Board and L4Life Village community of families, staff and supporters, all to celebrate this wonderful and special milestone.
All enjoyed a fabulous evening of wining and dining with great prizes and auction items, dancing and entertainment, and above all, all money raised goes to providing Fair Access to our early intervention and school based services for children with autism, their families and communities, to bring them BRIGHTER FUTURES.

And what an amazing result – we are so proud of how the night went. With your help we raised $86,000 and a lot more awareness of autism and of our work, and kickstarted our Brighter Futures Regular Giving Campaign! But who can measure the impact of connection and awareness of Autism and Learning For Life; we have a great Village invested in the future of our work and L4Life kids!

Brighter Futures

Brighter Futures is a way for you to help young children and students with autism achieve their potential by making regular tax deductible donations across the year.

We are looking for people who are able to donate a minimum of $10 each per week. This equates to a $520 tax deductible donation per year. If 100 people sign up this to donate $10 per week, we would be able to predict $52,000 annually. If that weekly donation was $20, that would provide $104,000 annually.
